Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

Notice to the Participant: by entering this Competition, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Competition Details
    1. Name of Competition: Audi Customer VIP Night at the Stella Competition (Competition).
    2. Organiser: Volkswagen Group Ireland Limited of Block C Liffey Valley Office Campus, Liffey Valley, Dublin 22, D22 CF6.
    3. Relevant Brand: Audi Ireland.
    4. Opening Date: 22 March 2024
    5. Closing Date: 01 April 2024
    6. Winner(s) Contacted Date: By 2 April 2024.
    7. Entry Detail Requirements:
      1. Name.
      2. County.
      3. Email Address.
      4. Audi vehicle registration.
      5. Audi Dealership.
    8. Prize: Valid between 8-21 April 2024:
      1. 2 x The Stella Rathmines Cinema film tickets with food and drinks for up to 2 guests to the value of €60.
      2. 1 night accommodation at a Dublin City Centre Hotel.
      3. Private car transfer from one location to the hotel on the day of the film screening with a return transfer the following morning.
  2. Competition Dates: the Organiser reserves the right to alter the Opening Date, the Closing Date and the Winner Announced Date.
  3. Eligibility Requirements
    1. The Competition is open to participants who, at the time of entry: are (i) owners of an Audi vehicle, (ii) residents of the Republic of Ireland and (iii) over 18 years of age (Participants).
    2. The Organiser reserves the right to reject entries to the Competition in its full discretion.
    3. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed to the Competition. All additional entries will be disqualified.
    4. No third party or bulk entries.
    5. If it becomes apparent that either a Participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, these Participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
    6. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
    7. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt.
    8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatsoever reason.
    9. Failure to meet the Eligibility Requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
    10. The Organiser at its sole discretion may disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition; or who is in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or Participant.
  4. Personal Data: processed by the Organiser as part of the Entry Requirements is subject to the privacy policy available here. By entering the Competition, Participants agree that their information may be used by the Organiser to administer the Competition.
  5. Winner and Prize
    1. The Winner is chosen at random by the Organiser.
    2. The Prize is non-transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
    3. The prize must be used between 8-21 April 2024 and is based on availability.
    4. In the event of the Prize being unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
    5. If the Winner is unavailable or unable to avail of the Prize, the Prize will then be awarded to the next choice. This will continue to occur until an available Winner can avail of the Prize.
    6. The Winner will be notified by via the account provided at point of entry within seven (7) days of the Winners Announced Date to claim their Prize.
    7. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide correct, up-to-date details on acceptance of the Prize.
    8. The Organiser’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
    9. The Winner agrees that his or her winning may be used for general media and marketing purposes without remuneration.
  6. Liability: The Organiser shall not be liable to the Participants or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits damages arising from entry to the Competition.
  7. Force Majeure: Neither the Organiser nor any of their servants, agents, licensees shall be liable for any failure in the performance of its obligations due to factors beyond its and/or their control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s' reasonable control, the Organiser reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
  9. Variation: The Organiser may modify these Terms and Conditions and such modifications shall be effective upon posting on the Competition webpage.
  10. Severability: If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
